Hi Mans,
when I maked TWGlass I was wonder about 2 options:
1 Store images on separate files: TWGlass
2 Store images directly on internet (dropbox public folder): TWCloud
Both are possible to do, and I think the second is the best because people obtains one unique file and nothing else but:
1 It is not easy to change / personalize for a basic user
2 Users allways need and internet connection to view his TW
3 Sometimes it's slow rendering the page

The last option as you tell me is to embed the images inside TW, of course, I'm seriously considering this option and will work around next week.

I'm wondering that if there are no problmens with embeding images in TWGlass it will be very easy to uptade to all TWGlass users. Using update button they will obtain a complete (and really portable) TWGlass 2.0. I love LoadTiddlersPlugin.

PD: I'm going holliday for one week tomorrow but I will be happy to continue next week ;)

Still it's very TW'ish to have a single file - and if Glass was one single file, it would be easier to share and more mobile...
However I'm very happy to be able to use it as it is - but still I think it's worth considering.

I know of - and use DropBox for files which I refer to for a limited time - or are work in progress.
Actually I have used DropBox intensively for the last month or so, when i have communicated with censors and teachers about students synopsises, questions for exams - and more...
Examples: http://opgivelser.tiddlyspot.com http://kristendom.tiddlyspot.com - and a few more which are passwordprotected..

Does DropBox allow you to link locally to images in the directory? - If it does, it will be possible to have a full webpage (with more htmls linking to eachother) running from your DropBox account.... - of course you still have to make changes locally - but it's still great news - and much easier than loading it to a ftp - But you always have to make your changes to your TW on a locally stored TW then!!
When I use BidiXs storetiddlers.php - I can make persistent changes to my TW from any browser from any pc - online. No need to use a pc with dropbox installed - or to download the TW, make changes - and put it back into the DropBox account through the browseraccount...
I like the idea of using DropBoxlinks for files which only one person administers in a TW, This way you can have a multiuserTW, with content linked from/to different users - even if the TW isn't multiuser in itself.
Do you get my point?!
An idea for sharing notes through DropBoxaccounts through TWServer:
I can tell 'students' to upload their local TWs with an DropBoxaccount and give me the url, then I could input the urls in the TWServertiddler - and everyone who is 'connected' to the TWServer would load everybodys tiddlers, when they press 'update'... - if it's possible to have several TWs in the updatertiddler - this would cartainly make sense - but still it would be nice if the individual users could decide which tiddlers should be 'published' - and which should not!! - Don't know if there's a workaround for that too?

I've tried your stylesheettweak for tiddlers tagged 'Wide' - and I had to change a few parameters to make it look good at my screen. First problem was that the tiddler overlapped the MainMenu - secondly it was a little to far to the right - (for my taste). I wonder if you could hide the mainmenu with something like this:

to internet I only make changes locally and a program syncronizes the
content between my pcs, internet and the compurters of my office:

I recomend you to try it.
